This alarm means the Static Hot Water Temperature Lower sensor (SHWTL) is disconnected or short-circuited.
This sensor is located next to the lower heating element.

Check t5 value in the Info screen (Info) of the Touchscreen.

Is t5 between 40°F (5°C) and 165°F (75°C)?

Yes No
